As we had 50-50 situation most of the time in this poll, We need a rule to end this situation, I suggest to put the most active people in last six months descending. and Put this rule as reference if it's not ended this situation.

  2. Website visitors/followers on a regular basis.

I mean the website activity, online activity is a required for a moderator. as most of his work will be fighting the spam spreading around.
